Installation
Following the purchase of a new balancing machine, or if an existing machine needs to be re-situated, Canadian Balancing Machinery Calibration Services can supply a fully trained and experienced engineer to oversee the installation process. This may be required to satisfy insurance terms, internal health and safety requirements, ISO requirements or simply for added peace of mind.
Overseeing installation consists of supervising the loading/unloading of the machine and associated equipment, checking or recommending the siting location and inspection of the connected services.
Commissioning
Canadian Balancing Machinery Calibration Services can supply a fully trained and experienced engineer to carry out commissioning following the purchase of a new balancing machine. Commissioning consists of inspection of the machine, verifying that the machine has been sited adequately and calibrating and testing the machine to ISO2953 to verify the machine calibration. Tests include URR (unbalance reduction ratio) and UMAR, and in addition, where applicable, MU (measurement uncertainty) and Gauge R&R.
